Our philosophy

We encourage our students to develop their reflective skills and give them room for personal development

  • we encourage our students to strive towards meaningful goals and support them as they solve the problems they encounter so that they gain increased levels of autonomy
  • our philosophy is applied to all levels of our teaching plan. Students are encouraged to get involved in designing the way that they are taught.
  • in short, we encourage our students to develop their own individual paths towards success.
  • our main strengths lay in encouraging independent learning by using a variety of teaching methods and creating a supportive environment

Course Lengths

We offer the full range of SKE course lengths, from 8 to 28 weeks in length.

PLEASE NOTE - We have reached our allocation set by DfE (i.e. funding that DfE allocates to each SKE provider). Although we still have capacity, we are unable to accept new trainees wanting to start their SKE before 16th March 2026.

Please only apply to us if you are happy with a start date of 16th March 2026 or later - as that is when the new funding allocation can be used. Those spaces are filling up quickly too.
